Due to the growth of the sales market over the last five years, it has become a much more complicated and competitive market. Continuous contact with clients on a weekly if not daily basis is a key element to a successful business. In a client service orientated business a personal relationship with all clients is a must.
The client of tomorrow is service focused. They demand constant feedback and updates and refuse to settle for anything less. The sales market is becoming faster every day. Not only from the sellers perspective but more so from that of the buyers. Due to smart phones, tablets and social media the speed of business has reached a new tempo and if you don't keep up you will be left behind.
To succeed you must get to know your client, talk their language through their medium and constantly attend to their requirements. If you don't you could lose your client to a competitor that does.
